We offer a variety of support contracts based upon a company or individual's specific need. This ranges from high end network support (across NT, Unix or Novell) all the way down to basic PC support. All our employees are Microsoft certified (MCSE level) and many have other qualifications in Novell and Unix. We provide three levels of support ranging from basic telephone support to onsite support with different response times, so whatever your need, we believe we will have the right support option for you or your company. Listed below are our current support options where you purchase a certain block of time at a certain level to cover your support. If you use up all of your allotted time then top-up blocks are also avaliable.
GOLD LEVEL SUPPORT
This is the highest level of support we offer. The same benefits as our Silver Level Support option plus we will also provide a 4hr response time to dealing with your problem and if the problem cannot be fixed remotely and an on-site visit is required then we will endeavour to be with you the next working day in order to provide a solution.
SILVER LEVEL SUPPORT
This is our mid-range support option where we offer full telephone support (as offered in the bronze level option) and also the installation of remote management software on your system (eg PC Anywhere) so that we can control your machine from our offices if need be to fix a certain problem. We will provide an on-site visit if necessary to fix the problem at a convenient time to us.
BRONZE LEVEL SUPPORT
This is the lowest level of support we offer and consists of telephone support between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
